Current status
This page shows whether the NET Genium services are running right now. The state is measured when the page is opened, from the web server, which stands elsewhere than the cloud and the company ERP — an outage of any monitored service therefore does not take this page down with it.
What is monitored

| ERP API | The interface the invoices for credit are issued through. Its outage does not affect the instances; it only delays an invoice. |
The page answers the question “is it running now”. It does not measure the performance inside an instance or the state of individual customer applications — the usage statistics inside your instance are there for that.

When something does not work
If this page shows an outage, we know about it and are working on it — you do not need to report it. If it lasts longer than a few minutes, or if you hit a problem that is not visible here, write to us at support@netgenium.com.
An instance that has run out of credit switches to read-only mode. That is not an outage — the data stays accessible and the service resumes once the credit is topped up. The details are described on the page NET Genium Online.
