NET Genium is developed as a long-term, stable platform for enterprise applications. We are not an agency, we do not deliver one-off projects, and we are not looking for short-term reinforcements. We work on our own product, which is used by companies in their daily operations — often for many years.
We value quality, long-term sustainability, and the ability to think about technology in broader contexts.
Profiles That Typically Make Sense for Us
We are usually interested in profiles such as:
- web application developers,
- C# / .NET programmers,
- technically oriented analysts,
- or people with a strong interest in application and platform architecture.
Specific positions at NET Genium rarely arise from traditional job postings. More often, they emerge when we meet someone whose mindset and skills align with how NET Genium is designed and evolved over the long term.

At the moment, our team is fully staffed. This does not mean, however, that new profiles are not of interest to us.
