For CPI BYTY we built a client zone for tenants and an application for electronic handover protocols that tenants sign directly on a tablet.
Client zone
The NET Genium application provides CPI BYTY clients with secure and clear access to information about rented apartments and commercial premises, including documents (contracts, amendments, changes in advance payments after billing, etc.) and payment history. Clients submit requests online and receive notifications about their resolution by e-mail or SMS.

Handover protocols
The application allows sales representatives to manage handover protocols for premises from start to finish. When premises are handed over to a tenant, all damage and meter readings are documented and the application generates a protocol that the tenant signs on a tablet on the spot. The protocol for returning the premises contains photos of damage, which can be compared with the original ones, and calculates the repair price for common damage.

Basic characteristics of the company
CPI BYTY, a.s. was established in 2010 by the merger of several companies that owned apartment buildings throughout the Czech Republic. Currently, it is the second largest private rental provider in the Czech Republic. It also provides commercial premises for lease for business.
