For Česká pošta we built the ePodpis application, which is used for electronic signing and sending of commercial contract documentation related to the posting and distribution of consignments.
ePodpis
The ePodpis application is used for electronic signing and sending of commercial contract documentation related to the posting and distribution of consignments. It provides secure, efficient, convenient and fast signing when concluding contracts, without the need to be physically present at the place of signing and at the same time without the need to download and install any software.
The ePodpis application is connected to the Contract Generator (GES) application, in which contracts are generated automatically on the basis of a predefined template. The contract documentation is then sent to the client for signature in ePodpis and afterwards automatically saved back to the database.
