HR document processing
The application built in NET Genium provides complete management and storage of personnel documents of Albert employees. Personnel documents are generated by the HR system. At individual branches, these documents are printed and signed by employees. Documents from all branches are handed over for processing to RH Group, where they are sorted by type and verified against a list of expected documents. Processed documents are filed in the personal files of individual employees. At the end of the document life cycle, the system automatically creates proposals for shredding personal files.
