For Česká pošta we built the Vyúčtování Pošta Partner (VYPP) application, which calculates monthly commissions for Pošta Partner branches and sends them their billing statements.
Vyúčtování Pošta Partner
The Vyúčtování Pošta Partner (VYPP) application calculates monthly commissions for branches based on data obtained from specific files and price lists created in the VYPP application.
Implemented functions and modules
- Price lists and code lists
- Preparing and checking the settings of the price lists and code lists on which the calculation is based
- One-off bonuses
- Creating one-off bonuses for each monthly billing – bonuses for the quality of services provided and bonuses for product referrals

- Running individual steps with intermediate calculations or the entire billing calculation
- Reviewing and accepting individual results

- Generating PDF billing statements
- Sending billing statements to individual branches by e-mail

- Storage of files and folders copied from NAS network storage

Project results
- Monthly commissions for all Pošta Partner branches are calculated in a single application based on the configured price lists and code lists
- The calculation can be checked step by step with intermediate calculations before the results are accepted
- Branches receive their billing statements in PDF by e-mail
