Vyúčtování Pošta Partner
The Vyúčtování Pošta Partner (VYPP) application solves the calculation of monthly rewards for establishments based on data obtained from specific files and price lists created within the VYPP application.
Implemented functions and modules
- Setting price lists and number lists
- Preparation and control of the settings of the price lists and code list, on the basis of which the calculation is made
- Receiving results, sending mail to partners
- Browsing individual results and then sending them to establishments
- Create one-time rewards, run the calculation, generate PDF outputs and send them
- For each monthly bill, users can create one-time rewards (rewards for the quality of services provided and rewards for tipping products)
- You can run individual steps with intermediate calculations or the entire billing calculation
- Generate PDF outputs that are then sent to individual establishments
- VYPP Module
- It is designed to set up code lists, run bill calculations, generate PDF bills and then send them via e-mail
- Includes storage of files and folders copied from NAS network storage
- The content of the VYPP database is being backed up
