Bank is a place for recording bank statements in the universal format of GPC, from which it can retrieve all bank payments in a given time period and store them in its own record of bank payments. During the loading of bank payments from bank statements, it automatically matches them with the relevant accounting documents and marks them as paid.
In connection with the PaymentService service, it is sufficient to upload bank statements, for example, only once a month. PaymentService automatically creates bank payments based on communication with the banking institution, but it is not able to cover all operations on the bank account, such as fees for maintaining a bank account, positive interest, etc.
Another function of this application is the display of the current status of individual bank accounts, the number of which is not limited within the Finance module.
