The NET Genium Update service is available only for Microsoft Windows Server versions that are officially supported by the manufacturer at the given time.
This requirement is essential to ensure:

Scope of the Service
As part of the NET Genium Update service, customers are provided with:
- access to new versions of the NET Genium framework core,
- email-based technical support for questions related to framework operation and updates.
The service applies exclusively to the NET Genium framework and its official components.
Responsibility and Operation
The NET Genium Update service does not include any direct interventions by NetGenium personnel into customer servers, databases, or other infrastructure.
All application operation, server administration, and security configuration remain fully under the customer’s responsibility.
This principle ensures:
