We process 150,000 invoices a year for the VINCI Construction group in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
Invoice dematerialization
We built an application in the NET Genium framework that enables digitization of received invoices of all VINCI Construction group companies in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Printed invoices are sent to RH Group, where they are sorted, digitized and data-extracted. Electronic invoices arriving by e-mail in technical mailboxes are added to the printed invoices. Data is read from electronic invoices automatically (ISDOC), or the invoices are queued for data extraction. Printed invoices are archived in warehouses and shredded once the retention period expires. Data extracted from invoices is passed to accountants for verification and then sent to the accounting system of the headquarters in France.

Contract records
The VINCI Construction group uses NET Genium DMS to manage its contract documentation. Individual contracts are linked to the organizational structures of the group companies, and according to this structure they are made available to the relevant users. Electronically signed documents are regularly time-stamped. The application contains almost 100,000 contracts.
