Electronic mailboxes
NET Genium handles communication with electronic mailboxes and the processing of messages received from Slovak government bodies in an internal system. The application is certified by the National Agency for Network and Electronic Services (NASES). Inbound messages are sorted in the application manually or automatically by department and passed on to the responsible parties for processing. The application supports teamwork between users in preparing replies to inbound messages. Replies are approved in the application using predefined procedures. The message lifecycle ends with archiving and shredding.
