“NetGenium is a new supplier for Komerční banka in Slovakia and working with them so far has been excellent. The NetGenium team did a good job preparing and launching the application, communicated clearly and transparently during the project, met deadlines and tried to propose added value solutions. We do not have much real-life experience with the application yet because the Slovak government officially moved the deadline back, but if the application is as easy to work with as the NetGenium team is, we don’t have a thing to worry about.”
Electronic Mailboxes
NET Genium secures communication with electronic mailboxes and inbound messages from Slovak government bodies in an internal system. The application is certified by the National Agency for Network and Electronic Services (NASES). Inbound messages are sorted in the application manually or automatically by department and passed on to the responsible parties for processing. The application supports teamwork between users in answering messages. Replies are approved in the application using pre-defined procedures. The message lifecycle ends with archiving and shredding.
