Perfect overview of employee communication with customers

Activities are a basic tool for planning and sharing important dates – tasks, meetings, conferences, trainings, phone calls, etc. Typically, we have a list of unfulfilled activities displayed directly on the main page of the information system, and we can therefore effectively plan the further progress of our work.

Thanks to the two-way synchronization of the calendar with Outlook it is possible to enter activities both from the NET information system environment Genium, both directly from Outlook or a mobile phone/tablet.

We usually outsource activities or assign them to individual business relationships, orders, marketing campaigns or complaints. Thanks to this, we can easily filter them, or then search them in full text according to their content.

As with documents, we can use the integrated rights system to restrict employees' access to individual activities. Thanks to statistical overviews, we have the opportunity to monitor individual types of activities and their frequency or success, staffing, costs incurred for individual types of activities or employees, etc.

The activities also serve to record e-mail messages, so we always have a complete history of e-mail communication with the customer available to all employees. For these needs, we recommend using the CRMService, which automatically stores incoming and outgoing e-mail communication with customers in the Activities application in the form of e-mail activities.
