In the upper gray bar, click on the module STORE. If we want to create an order for goods that we sell to the customer, but we do not currently have it in stock, we will open the offer we require on the All active contracts page. In the form, click on the Store tab and click on the New RFQ/order button. We will now check the Subject and change the Type to Purchase. We will change the name and e-mail of the supplier. Next, check the Contract items field. We now see that we can copy the items from the contract. We only copy those items that we want to order from a subcontractor within this contract. In our case, we click on the Copy all from contract button. If we really want to copy all items from the selected contract to the order, we click on the OK button. In the Order items table, we now see the items we copied. We will now open this record and fill in the unit price. When we are done, click on the Save button. Now click on the ... button next to the Attachment with order, and then click on New from template and then click on Order.pdf. We have thus created our order in PDF format. Then check the Send by e-mail box. By clicking on the Send order button, the e-mail with the order will be sent to the e-mail address specified under the contact person in the E-mail field, and then in a copy to the e-mail address of the currently logged in user. The text of the order will be inserted into the subject of the e-mail and an attachment with the order will be part of the e-mail. So we click on the Send order button. If we really want to save this order, and then send it to the selected vendors, including the attachment with the order, we click on the OK button. In the Requests for quotation and purchase or sales orders table, we now see the order we created. When we are done, press the Save button.
