Sending and reading internal messages

In the upper gray bar, click on the ORGANISATION module, and then click on Internal messages and notifications in the left navigation bar. In the left navigation bar or under the list My new messages, click on the New message button. In the open edit form of the new internal message in the General tab, enter the subject and set the priority. We can also enter the content and insert an attachment. In the Recipients section, select from the list specific users and user groups to whom the internal message will be sent. We can also send the message to ourselves. Then click on the Send message button to send the message. If we really want to send a message, we click on the OK button. The message will be sent to all selected recipients, also in the form of an e-mail.

We can also only save the message without sending it by clicking on the Save button and confirming OK. We will return to the unsent message by clicking on My messages to send. We can edit and send the message. Recipients of the message will see the new message in My new messages, as well as the home page in Portlets, if set. We will now open the message record. We will confirm the reading of the message by clicking on the Confirm reading button or we can reply to the message by clicking on the Reply button. In both cases, information about our reading (recipient's name and reading date) will be stored in the original message. The message has now been moved to My read messages.

As senders of messages, we can continuously check the reading of our messages via the My sent messages tab. After opening a specific message, the sender will see which of the recipients confirmed or did not confirm the reading of the message.
