From the HUMAN RESOURCES module, click on Absence approval request in the left navigation bar. If we want to approve requests in two steps, this option must first be made available. In the left navigation bar, click on Settings, and then click on Basic settings. The open form contains a single checkbox – Approval by agent. To activate the two-step approval method, check it and press the Save button. Now click on New request in the left navigation bar. In the open form, we specify the date of absence and click on the Save button. Now we see that the leave request cannot be saved because we have to select our superior first. So we click the OK button, select the superior, and click the Save button. We can see the request created by us on the My requests page.

In the next step, we will show the approval of the request from the superior position. We can open the absence approval request directly from the Home page, or we can open it in the Absence approval request application. So we click on HUMAN RESOURCES in the upper gray bar. In the left navigation bar, click on Absence approval request, and then click on Current requests to be managed. On the page, we open the request created by us in the previous step. As a superior, we can approve or deny the request. First, however, we will fill in the agent, who, in case of our approval, can approve or reject this request. Now we click on the Approve request button. So if we really want to approve this request, we click on the OK button. Both the applicant and the executive are informed by e-mail about the approval or rejection of the application.

Now we will show the approval of the request from the position of the agent. Here, the procedure is very similar to that of the superior. This time, we will open the request for vacation approval directly from the home page. As an agent, we can approve or reject / cancel the request. In our case, we click on the Approve request button. The applicant is informed about the approval or rejection of the application by e-mail.
