In the upper gray bar, click on the application group FINANCE, then in the left navigation bar on Financial statistics. A view page with statistics of outgoing invoices will open. We can easily filter these reports using the drop-down filters located above the graphs.
By clicking on the option Profit and then clicking on Results by month in last year, its monthly overview will open directly to us. This includes a tabular and graphic overview of the result (and cumulative result) of invoices, cash vouchers and other receivables/payables by individual month. Both the table and the graph can be filtered again according to selected criteria. We can also display the result of the management in the annual and weekly overview.
The Cash flow option allows access to monthly or annual cash flow statistics in various currencies. These statistics are calculated from movements at cashdesks and wire transfers. Click on Results by year in CZK for a sample.
Finally, on the VAT view page, there is a simple monthly overview of VAT from invoices, cash vouchers and other receivables/payables.
