Together with Pasante s.r.o., we developed for the Digital and Information Agency an application that grants public administration information systems access to the basic registers and mediates the issuance of their communication certificates.
Development of the Registration Authority of Basic Registers (RAZR) application
The Registration Authority of Basic Registers RAZR is a software system supporting the management of access of information systems to the basic registers of the Czech Republic – public administration registers such as the Register of Persons, the Register of Residents or the Register of Rights and Obligations. RAZR verifies the requests of administrators of agenda information systems (AIS), i.e. entities and public authorities, for access to the basic registers and, as one of its main activities, mediates the issuance of digital certificates for AIS access to the basic registers. NetGenium s.r.o. collaborated on the project “Development of the Registration Authority of Basic Registers application” together with Pasante s.r.o.

- Add-on GenerátorCertRAZR application for easier creation of a technical certificate request file, which replaces the overly complex OpenSSL tool and is published on the DIA website
Project results
- AIS administrators submit and track requests for access to the basic registers and for publication in ISSS electronically in one place
- Internal DIA administrators have an overview of the access of all AIS and organizations to the basic registers and set the level of automation of request processing themselves
- Request resolution is linked to the basic registers, the certification authority and the records management system, and outputs carry a digital signature and a time stamp
Basic characteristics of the company
The Digital and Information Agency (DIA) is the Czech central administrative office for electronic identification, trust services and public administration information systems. Its goal is the successful digital transformation of public administration. It was established in 2023 and is the successor of the Basic Registers Administration (SZR).
