The basis is efficient document management, integrating Microsoft 365 for online editing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in real time with the possibility of collaboration. Once completed, documents can be automatically converted to PDF. The application allows you to set up approval processes (custom workflows with multiple levels, notifications and deadlines) and finish with a qualified electronic signature (QES) that complies with EU legislative requirements (eIDAS). Everything is complemented by encryption, audit trails and access from any device.

Main functions
- Creation / online editing – generation of typed contracts (MS Word templates + data) or online editing of documents using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel)
- Conversion to PDF – created documents are converted to PDF format for further processing
- Approval – start approval processes on documents
- Electronic signatures (plain / qualified) – internal users of the application can affix their qualified electronic signature to the document during approval. Customers or partners will receive an email prompting them to sign the document
- Archiving – approved or signed documents are time-stamped and stored in the DMS
- Shredding – if shredding deadlines are assigned to documents (physical or electronic) according to the file rules, the application generates shredding proposals and performs data shredding.
- Data box – the application is connected to the data box, it is possible to receive and send documents
