Office Mail

Office Mail is a simple and safe mail client offering a user-friendly environment as a special application of NET Genium. It supports multiple email accounts and electronic signatures, and contains its own address book that can be replaced by any application of your information portal used for the administration of your contacts. Received mail can be easily assigned to any record in your information portal, such as the application designed for managing your customer relations (CRM). Just like any other NET Genium applications, the mail client can also be accessed via the WAP interface.

Office Excel

Office Excel is an interface used to import/export data to the XLS format or print templates created in MS Excel. The basic version of NET Genium supports printing of documents only in the test mode, inserting randomly the word ”demo” into the print templates. The Office Excel add-on is recommended as print templates created in MS Excel are most often used.

Office Word

Office Word is an interface used to export data to the DOC format or print templates created in MS Word. The basic version of NET Genium supports printing of documents only in the test mode, inserting randomly the word ”demo” into the print templates. Print templates created in MS Word are also used very frequently, just like those created in MS Excel. They are ideal for thank-you letters, agreements and contracts.

Office Pdf

Office Pdf is an interface designed for the export of data to the PDF format or print templates created in other applications, such as Adobe Acrobat. Office Pdf can open a print template and enter data into it from a database or provide the file with a digital signature. External functions written in C# or Visual Basic are used to fill in the data in print templates. These functions are developed specially for our customers and tailored to their needs.

Office Chart

Office Chart gives the user the ideal opportunity to fully utilize the OLAP technology and create perfect-looking charts or graphical reports from the data edited by NET Genium statistical tools. To best meet your needs, this module is available already in the basic version of NET Genium, but the charts have a watermark and are intended for test purposes only. Moreover, Office Chart supports exporting charts to print templates.

FileUpload

FileUpload is an add-on that is used to upload files from a client to a web server. Using web services, FileUpload is an alternative to FTP based applications. The FileUpload add-on consists of:

  • the ”FileUpload” application used to define a list of files to be uploaded;
  • a web-based environment designed for manually selecting files to be uploaded to a server directly from NET Genium’s web environment; and
  • the ”FileUpload.exe” program used to compare file versions on the client and on the server. If a newer version is found on the client, it is automatically uploaded to the server.

Gallery

The Picture Gallery is an add-on to the NET Genium Information System, offering automatic generation of a gallery from files transferred to the web server using the FileUpload tool.
